Well blow me over, I totally forgot to put this video on the blog that I made a few days ago. Whoops! So here it is – my simple and hassle free way to using cloth pads if you’re not a fan of the sight of your own blood and are a little squeemish.
There is a follow up video coming in a few days talking about the best colours and fabric for this also.

There may not be a way, but I was wondering if you have any ideas on how to use the menstrual cup if you don’t like blood?
